AVJENNINGS Limited has completed its non-renounceable entitlement offer.
AVJ received applications for a total amount of approximately $35.9 million, representing approximately 87.2% of the offer.
AVJ received applications under the entitlement offer for 95,763,402 new shares. SC Global Developments Ltd took up 100% of its entitlement.
A total of 14,071,755 shares not taken up under the offer will be issued to the underwriter, Bell Potter Securities Limited, in accordance with the underwriting agreement.
As a result of the offer, a total of 109,835,157 fully paid ordinary shares will be issued by AVJ, increasing the total number of fully paid ordinary shares on issue to 384,423,851.
