GPT’S Space&Co. has found a new general manager of flexible workspace solutions in Antony Roberts, as the group looks to meet increased demand from consumers.
Roberts will bring his expertise in customer experience and strategies to the position, having worked in senior leadership roles in the hospitality and retail industries across Australia, the UK and Canada.
Prior to joining Space&Co., Roberts was Scentre Group’s national valet experience manager, focusing on delivering business outcomes through customer service.
“I am delighted to join the Space&Co. team and to bring a customer centric approach to the business of flexible workspaces. The industry has undergone considerable growth over the past couple of years and it is exciting to be a part of Space&Co. as it expands to meet demand,” said Roberts.
At Space&Co., Roberts will head up management of existing operations, enabling the organisations flexible workplace solutions national director, Shey Hooper, to target projects that are delivering new assets to the portfolio.
The organisation is currently looking to expand its platform from 10,000sqm to 28,000sqm to keep up with heightened demand.
Meanwhile, Space&Co.’s parent company GPT, has promoted Martin Ritchie to head of office, after Ritchie utilised his 30 years in the sector to expand the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF) into the country’s largest wholesale office fund.
“After recently opening our new space at Parramatta, having Martin and Antony come on board supports our future growth and continued service to our members in the best way possible,” said Hooper.
“We are thrilled by what Martin and Antony bring to the table. The momentum in the market is strong and we are very excited for the future of Space&Co.,” concluded Hooper.
