INTERNATIONAL Sweett Group has been appointed as project manager by Cbus Property on the $650 million 1 William St office tower.
This is their second win fresh from its project management of the recently completed OneOneOne Eagle St.
Sweett Group Australia managing director David Hayden said when completed, 1 William St will be the second tallest tower in Brisbane and will be a focal point of the Queensland government’s strategic master plan and housing the state government headquarters.
The 258 metre high 41 levels tower will comprise 75,000 sqm of space and provide total GFA of approximately 120,000 sqm.
“Sweett Group not only had the high-rise experience we were looking for, they offered a proactive risk management approach,” Cbus Property CEO Adrian Pozzo said.
