REAL estate agents Fitzroys has strengthened its shopping centre management team and agency division with several appointments.
The agency welcomes back Julie Esparon and Steven Lusi.
Esperon returns after spending the last six years with Larkfield Estates where she was a group property manager and has been appointed divisional head of a portfolio of shopping centre assets within the Fitzroys management portfolio.
Lusi returns to Fitzroys after three years in the United Kingdom, where he gained extensive experience in the UK markets overseeing such assets as the Greenwich Markets and various other properties for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. He was also responsible for an extensive portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres.
Olivia O’Halioran has also joined the department as a graduate asset manager having recently completed a degree at Deakin University.
Fitzroys director Keith Murray said the appointments demonstrated the growth of the shopping centre management division.
Michael Ryan has joined Fitzroys as an agency executive, focusing on investment sales across the CBD metropolitan retail and commercial market. He has over 10 years experience in real estate, with the last five years at Beller Commercial.
Harry Curtis and Michael Rainey have been assigned retail leasing roles throughout Melbourne’s CBD and key strip centres, whilst Adam Lester will be assisting the CBD metropolitan markets.
Fitzroys director David Bourke said the appointments reflected the agency’s growth and expansion into broader markets.
