CUSHMAN & Wakefield has made two appointments to its research and consultancy and tenant representation divisions.
Peter Ainge has been appointed associate director of research and consultancy and Grant Bulstrode as associate director – tenant representation.
Managing director David Woolford said both bring a strong skill base and diverse experience.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ainge was with Herron Todd White and formerly of CBRE and Hill PDA and he launched new research products for clients including the NSW Department of Planning, Westpac and Macquarie Group.
Bulstrode was with Foxtons in the UK and has experience in the North Shore office leasing in Sydney.
