COLLIERS International has boosted the talent of its Melbourne team with a number of appointments.
In the research division, Anneke Thompson has been appointed as associate director in the Melbourne CBD office.
Colliers national director of research Nerida Conisbee said Anneke will be responsible for research across Victoria and will be a key spokesperson for the research in Melbourne.
Prior to the appointment, she was as an associate director in the Colliers consulting team and she will continue to undertake the role.
“Anneke has previously worked within the team at NAB property and prior to that was a manager in the research and consultancy team at Jones Lang LaSalle.
“She has worked with a broad range of top clients including CBUS, Lend Lease, Australand, VicUrban (now Places Victoria), Stockland and various local and state government organisations,” she said.
In the industrial team, national director of industrial Tony Iuliano announced three new appointments.
Leonardo Cessario joins as an executive, with more than 12 years’ experience across the industrial, commercial and retail sectors. He will be work closely with Marco Sandrin across Melbourne’s northern region.
In the eastern region, Justin Fried has been appointed as associate director and will be based in Clayton, working closely with Paul Jones. Fried was from Colliers’ Adelaide office and has been working within the industrial team for approximately six years.
Finally Matthew Wassylko also joins the east team in the role of executive.
“With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, Matthew joins us from Kay & Burton where he was a sales consultant,” Iuliano said. “Matthew will be focusing on the Monash/East region, working closely with our existing specialists in this area, David Kalb, Sasan Misaghian and Jamie Stuart.”
