COLLIERS International has boosted its retail team in New South Wales with the appointment of Warwick Turpin as director – retail leasing.
Colliers head of retail Michael Bate said Turpin would further strengthen the agency’s retail presence both the Sydney CBD and metropolitan markets.
Turpin had worked with a wide variety of clients, including GPT, Mirvac, QIC, Charter Hall, Brookfield, Macquarie Countrywide, ISPT and Canberra Airport. Previous employers included Jones Lang Lasalle, Mirvac and CBRE.
“Warwick has worked in the retail property industry for more than 18 years, across a broad range of assets including Sydney CBD retail, sub-regional centres, neighbourhood centres in both metropolitan Sydney and regional New South Wales, bulky goods retail and strip retail,” Bate said.
