Knight Frank recently expanded its Perth team with two new appointments as activity ramps up in the commercial property market, while also in WA, the group recently formed a partnership with Mack Hall Real Estate to jointly tackle Perth’s in demand luxury residential market.
“It’s an exciting time for the market, particularly the luxury residential market in Sydney, which is enjoying great demand from both domestic and overseas buyers, including those returning to Australia to live. We expect strong demand to continue throughout this year and into next year.”
