FRASERS Property Industrial’s $155 million development, Horsley Park Estate, in Western Sydney has been completed.
The estate, located in the industrial Horsley Park and Eastern Creek areas, now houses distribution facilities for major international retailers such as Williams-Sonoma, Crown & Andrews and Nu-Pure.
“The Horsley Park Estate is one of Sydney’s leading industrial precincts, due to its sustainability credentials and strategic location in a region which is experiencing significant investment from the government and private sector,” said Ian Barter, general manager, northern region, for Frasers Property Industrial.
Sitting just 40 minutes out from the CBD and the Sydney Airport, the property spans 10-hectares and features 57,087sqm of warehousing space, with easy heavy vehicle access to the M4 and M7 motorways via Old Wallgrove Road.

The facility also marks Williams-Sonoma’s first directly leased Australian storage and distribution warehouse, with this 16,755sqm facility to obtain carbon neutral certification of built form works.
Williams-Sonoma’s facility includes dedicated truck loading, 67 car spaces and a 640sqm office, as well as a minimum building height of 11.5-metres at the gutter, with up to 14.6-metres at the ridge and a 34-metre-wide loading area.
It will also be the retailers first industrial facility to incorporate battery storage and biodiesel back up generation into its clean energy solution.
While all facilities in the estate will be equipped with solar PV systems and will be targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built v1.1 rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Crown & Andrews’ warehouse consists of 9,080sqm, with 650sqm of office space and a dedicate truck loading area, with group committing to a 10 year lease at the estate.

Completed in June of 2020, Nu-Pure’s bespoke warehousing and distribution facility at the estate spans 20,732sqm.
