COMMERCIAL real estate lender MaxCap has made three new appointments within its NSW investment team.
Joe Vincent has joined as a director of direct investment, reporting to Simon Hulett. He will be responsible for originating new equity investment opportunities with joint venture partners and overseeing transactions in NSW and QLD. He brings with him over 20 years’ including the last 10 years delivering major projects with Lendlease in Australia, the US and Europe.
Leyla Sacks has joined as associate director, private capital and will responsible for maintaining existing and developing new relationships with NSW based private investors. She has previously held investment management and capital raising roles with Human Financial and TD Securities in Sydney and London.
Matthew Smith has joined as director investment reporting to David Oudshoorn. He has joined MaxCap after 15 years with Westpac where he held a range of senior relationship management roles more recently as a director in their property division.
