STOCKLAND and its long-term auditor KPMG have decided to go their separate ways after 30 years.
KPMG has been the auditor of Stockland since the group’s inception in 1982.
Yesterday KPMG applied to ASIC to resign as auditor.
Stockland will propose to securityholders that PricewaterhouseCoopers be appointed the new auditor at the 2012 Annual General Meeting in October 2012.
