CBRE is relocating its Mulgrave office to 2 Nexus Court within the Nexus Corporate Park being developed by Salta Properties.
The agency will also merge its suburban business lines and redeploy existing South Yarra office staff to both the new Mulgrave office and its Rialto head office.
CBRE Victoria senior managing director Matt Haddon said the broader suburban restructure, to occur by the end of 2012, would create greater efficiencies across a range of business lines.
“We are continually looking at ways to streamline and enhance our service provision to clients. This week’s move to new Mulgrave offices and the planned suburban restructure will allow us to create greater business efficiencies and economies of scale,” he added.
