INGENIA Communities has appointed Greg Hayes as an independent non-executive director.
Hayes brings over 30 years’ experience in senior executive roles and his prior roles include chief financial officer and executive director of Brambles Limited, CEO of Tenix Pty Ltd, CFO and interim CEO of the Australian Gaslight Company (AGL), CFO of Westfield Holdings, and executive general manager, finance of Southcorp Limited.
He is currently a non-executive director of Home Consortium, Aurrum Holdings Pty Ltd, High Resolves and the Precision Group. Previous directorships include Incitec Pivot Limited and The Star Entertainment Group Ltd.
“Greg brings to the group a wealth of experience built over many years through both executive and non-executive roles. His experience across property, infrastructure and logistics is highly valued and we are very pleased to have attracted someone of Greg’s calibre to the board,” chairman Jim Hazel said.
