QUEENSLAND based G8 Education Limited has bought six childcare centres.
The first three centres were purchased for $10 million and the other three centres cost $3 million.
G8 managing director Chris Scott said the new properties will expand the company’s presence in south eastern Australia.
“The six centres will contribute to EBIT for the second half of the calendar year. These acquisitions continue to leverage the expertise of the head office team in a way that is earnings per share accretive,” he concluded.
