PEET Limited has appointed former KPMG partner Trevor Allen to the board as a non-executive director.
Chairman Tony Lennon said Allen brings extensive experience in business, corporate finance and capital markets.
Until his retirement at the end of 2011, Allen was a partner of KPMG and the national head of KPMG’s mergers and acquisitions business.
He has 30 years experience in the corporate advisory sector including direct involvement in a number of major transactions and market developments over that time through senior positions at SBC Warburg (now part of UBS), Baring Brothers and KPMG. He is a board adviser to Penrice Soda Holdings Limited and a director and honorary treasurer of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation where he also chairs its Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
