CBRE has appointed Jason Orenbuch to lead the suburban retail strip business in Melbourne.
With over 12 years’ experience, he joins from Melbourne-based developer Caydon Property.
He has worked on projects such as The Malta District, Mason SQ, Only Flemington, Ettaro Brunswick, Windsor & Co Preston and STK.
CBRE Victorian director Zelman Ainsworth said “CBRE has expanded the capacity of its Melbourne retail service team with a dedicated agent solely focused on leasing suburban retail strip assets for the first time.”
