CBRE has expanded its Victorian retirement and healthcare valuation team with the appointment Mars Njoo.
Njoo has more than 11 years of valuation experience and will join CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, and to be responsible for developing new business relationships and the valuation of retirement, health and childcare assets within Victoria.
He specialises in the valuation of residential aged care facilities, retirement villages, hospitals, medical centres, childcare and social infrastructure assets.
