RAY White Commercial has appointed industrial property specialist Graham Norris to its Brisbane office.
Norris was formerly Savills industrial divisional director, having being in the industry for more than 25 years, including a decade at Jones Lang LaSalle and five years with Savills.
Ray White Commercial CEO Mark Williams said Norris had been involved in some of the South East Queensland industrial market’s biggest deal sales and leasing deals over the past two decades.
“His recent achievements include negotiating the $100 million prelease to retail giants Kmart for its new distribution centre at Lytton and the $38 million sale of the Sugar Terminals at Murarrie,” he added.
Norris said he was excited by the opportunity to operate and grow a business within an organisation as big and successful as Ray White.
“I’m looking forward to the extra scope that Ray White can offer clients and I am hoping I can add value in areas such as the high industrial trust fund market. The resource sector continues to boom in Queensland and that is another area where there are strong opportunities for Ray White Commercial,” he concluded.
