SAVILLS has promoted two directors, Gary Finnegan to general manager QLD of project management and Mike Yates to the new role of national head of infrastructure.
Based in Savills Queensland office, both will still lead their property project.
“Gary is one of the new generation of professionals to lead our industry and his promotion to General Manager QLD is a reflection of his achievements, hard work and dedication to our clients,” Savills project management managing director Greg Incoll said.
“A key strategy of our national business plan is to continue the growth of our project management business in the resources sector. With the significant importance we place on this fast growing market, Mike is the natural choice to lead our expansion,” he added.
“Mike has already achieved some significant success, winning commissions on projects for several major infrastructure, mining and LNG companies. This promotion will allow him to further grow and expand this sector nationally,” Incoll concluded.
