THE soft Western Australia property market dragged on the delivery of federal government’s allocations of its now discontinued national rental affordability scheme, denting Questus’ full-year finances.
The company posted post-tax loss for the year of $1,681,152, after recording a profit of $307,795in FY17.
Revenue was down by 85% to $1.596 million.
“Whilst the company will continue with the delivery of its remaining NRAS entitlements and operate in the affordable housing sector, the repositioning of the company allows it to pursue a number of strategic corporate opportunities for the future growth and development,” it said.
