COMPASS Hotel Group has followed up with the appointment of receivers and managers in March, by yesterday appointing Bryan Hughes of Pitcher Partners as administrator.
The receivers and managers will continue to control the hotels and bottleshops owned by the Compass Group and are currently undertaking a sale process.
Although the Administrator will closely monitor this process, it is intended there will be minimal disruption to the receivership and the ongoing business.
