CBRE has appointed Rhonda Hockey as an associate director within the retail, asset services team in Adelaide.
Hockey has worked with Colliers International and Leedwell Asset Management and she managed South Australia’s largest bulky goods outlet of 60,000 sqm in her 10 years of experience in the large format sector.
“We look forward to Rhonda’s leadership ability and action in support of our retail managed stock for both institutional and private owners,” CBRE Adelaide senior director, Michael Hall said.
“In her new role, Rhonda will deliver significant capability and engagement of our retail management offering, with the vision of expanding upon our capability within this sector.”
Meanwhile CBRE has been appointed alongside Knight Frank to lease the remaining spaces Shakespeare Property’s 19-storey Adelaide CBD office tower at 19 Grenfell St. Recently added tenants to the building include the Property Council of Australia, Qatar Airlines, Complispace and Chris Sale Consulting.
A second floor is being subdivided in the building to cater to businesses looking to occupancy between 150 sqm and 250 sqm.
