SAVILLS has appointed Stephen Newsham as a director to help lead the Melbourne industrial and business services division as the agency looks to lift its market share in the north-western industrial precinct.
Newsham brings more than 30 years’ experience and joins from Colliers, where he negotiated some of the largest industrial leases in Melbourne in recent years, including assisting Charter Hall secure a tenant for a 14,055 sqm facility at 2-30 Saintly Drive in Melbourne’s western suburb of Truganina in August.
Savills managing director for Victoria Stuart Fox said he was pleased to welcome Newsham to the business.
