CBRE has added to its Perth industrial market team, appointing Chris Monteresso and Tom Iredell.
Monterosso previously worked with BGC Development, specialising in off-the-plan and existing apartment sales, and with Burgess Rawson as a sales consultant.
Iredell has moved from CBRE’s commercial valuations business, having represented institutional and corporate organisations including ISPT, Primewest and Defence Housing of Australia, as well as all major banks.
CBRE senior director, Warick Irving, said the appointments would help strengthen CBRE’s presence in Perth’s northern industrial corridor.
