CBRE has appointed Andrew Stringer to lead the New Zealand business.
He will take over from current senior managing director Brent McGregor who will be taking on a newly created position as executive chairman.
Stringer will continue in his role as managing director of CBRE’s Auckland office.
CBRE’s pacific president & CEO Ray Pittman said Stringer brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience at a senior management level.
