THE opening of a new-look Coles later this week will complete stage one the $25 million upgrade of Southport’s Australia Fair shopping centre.
The Coles will offer in-store specialty butchery, seafood and bakery sections, and has its footprint grow from 3,400 sqm to 4,222 sqm.
Works on Australia Fair’s outdoor façade, fronting Scarborough Street, will also finish this month in line with Coles.
Opening next month at the centre will be JB Hi-Fi and Max Brenner, while other new tenants who have recently opened include Colette by Colette Hayman, Connor, Ted Ross, U Grill, Joy Stylist, Vintage Grind, Uncle Bills, Stellar Vietnamese Street Food, Liquor Land and Green Valley Butcher.
