VIVA Energy REIT has appointed Mark Licciardo and Kate Goland of Mertons Corporate services as joint company secretaries with immediate effect, following Tony Tran’s resignation.
Viva Energy, the exclusive licensee to Shell in Australia, is planning to open a Shell and NightOwl convenience and service station in Noosaville later this month.
NightOwl signed a deal with Viva Energy that will see the conevenience chain operate five Shell service stations over the next year, including its maiden Western Australia site.
