CB Richard Ellis valuations & advisory services senior director Steve Flannery has been awarded the Property Industry Award by the Australian Property Institute ACT Excellence in Property Awards 2010.
The award is made to an individual or group who has demonstrated the qualities of leadership and vision that lead to a change in the property industry in the interests of either property practitioners and/or the community at large.
CBRE’s ACT managing director Nick McDonald Crowley said the award was a fitting acknowledgement of Steve’s contribution to both CBRE and the wider property industry.
“Steve has over 20 years experience in the property industry specialising in valuation services including commercial, industrial and rural leasehold properties.
“He heavily promotes the mentoring and growth of staff in his business line and the wider company, both professionally and in an administrative sense, and has made significant contributions to the wider real estate market,” McDonald Crowley said.
Flannery was also the recipient of the Property Council ACT’s Alan Wylucki Property Professional of the Year Awards in 2008.
