PROPERTY advisory firm Herron Todd White has appointed two new high profile directors.
Tim Lane will join the company in the newly created role of rural director and Michael Gannon as director of quality.
Lane has almost 24 years of industry experience and was previously a director at ANZ Private Bank.
Gannon comes from CBRE and has 23 years experience in the commercial valuation industry. Prior to CBRE, he was head of property credit for the National Australia Bank in Queensland during which time he was involved in the review of several property funding deals throughout the state covering all asset classes at funding levels up to $150 million.
He will be based primarily in the Brisbane Commercial office.
Herron Todd White CEO Brendon Hulcombe said the company has a strong rural valuation and advisory division and has been involved with the valuation of most of Australia’s large scale rural properties.
“The addition of Tim Lane and Michael Gannon to the team will further enhance our capabilities in both the rural and commercial divisions,” Hulcombe concluded.
