DEVELOPER Galileo Group has appointed local builder Duffy Kennedy to complete construction of the $165 million residential development in the Sutherland Shire.
Stage one of the Palisade Miranda development has already sold out and only two apartments remain available in stage two. Construction has now commenced for both stages and is on track for completion in early 2019.
“The team delighted to be partnered with Galileo to construct this iconic development for the local area featuring unique resort style apartments,” Duffy Kennedy’ director Gavin Duffy said.

Designed by architects KANNFINCH, Palisade Miranda will comprise 197 apartments.
