FITZROYS has promoted Mark Talbot and Steve Bloumis as divisional directors for its agency and asset management divisions.
Talbot has been made division director – agency and Bloumis division director – asset management.
Fitzroys director Michael Donovan said Talbot has been a key agency figure at Fitzroys for more than a decade.
“Mark has enhanced his enviable reputation in the metropolitan markets in recent years, including the achievement of many outstanding sale and leasing transactions throughout Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs and some of Melbourne’s most highly regarded strips, including Church Street, Brighton, Centre Road, Bentleigh, and Hampton Street, Hampton,” he said.
Bloumis has around 30 years’ experience and joined Fitzroys in 2003. He specialises in strip retail asset management, particularly throughout many of Melbourne’s most well known retail strips.
“Fitzroys manages properties throughout Melbourne’s major strips, forming a key complement to our agency operations and a major component of our core business, which Steve has been instrumental in driving,” Donovan said.
