ALE Property Group has appointed Don Shipway as asset manager.
Shipway has 11 years of commercial property experience in senior national asset and property management roles at both Retail Adventures Limited and Metcash Limited.
As asset manager, his main responsibility will be to manage ALE’s portfolio as well as assist the existing team with property transactions.
“Don’s experience in asset and property management will add to the capacity of the team and will assist with accretive expansion opportunities as they arise,” ALE’s managing director Andrew Wilkinson said.
