INVESTA Property Group has made senior appointments in Queensland.
Bruce Harper has been appointed the state general manager Queensland and will oversee Investa Land’s portfolio of industrial and residential projects. He was previously CEO for the Land Management Corporation, a key property development agency of the Government of South Australia, and as executive general Manager of AV Jennings NSW.
Justin Sherlock has been appointed development manager and will be responsible for key industrial and commercial projects including NewBase Enterprise Park at Brendale in Brisbane’s north and Swanbank Enterprise Park, comprising almost 500 hectares of developable industrial land near Ipswich.
Sherlock has over ten years experience in the commercial property industry including senior roles with FKP Property Group and CB Richard Ellis.
John Collins has also been appointed as development manager with an initial focus on completing development and sales of Investa’s successful Bellflower residential estate on the Sunshine Coast.
He brings 30 years of development experience to the company having been involved in delivering a number of successful masterplanned communities in South East QLD.
Collins comes from Stockland where he was responsible for project management of Pacific Pines and Riverstone Crossing on the Gold Coast.
