CBRE has appointed Ian Thomas as the new director of capital markets in South Australia.
Thomas joins CBRE after 11 years with Colliers International, where he was most recently the head of Colliers’ SA capital markets and agency teams.
SA managing director Alistair Laycock said the appointment would further strengthen the agency.
“A licensed auctioneer, Mr Thomas has sealed deals in excess of AU$1 billion in the South Australian property market since 2008. This has included the sales of 108 North Terrace for AU$86.5 million, 100 Waymouth St for AU$73 million and 400 King William St for AU$97.9 million,” he added.
