COLLIERS International has appointed Ben Tremellen to its Melbourne retail team.
Tremellen has been appointed to the role of executive – retail leasing.
“In light of significant growth in our business and several exciting new project appointments, we took the opportunity to bolster our team to meet growing demand from retail investors in a changing landscape,” Colliers retail director Lachlan MacGillivray said.
The appointment brings the total Colliers Victorian retail transactions team to four, and the national team to more than 35.
