RAY White Commercial NSW has appointment Ben Kirby as an associate director.
Kirby worked in residential development with a private developer before spending six years in commercial agencies at both CBRE and Colliers focusing on the northern Sydney metropolitan markets, predominately in the sale of office and retail investments, residential and mixed-use development sites, strata amalgamations and redevelopment and owners group transactions.
“Ben Kirby has negotiated many large-scale transactions across a range of property classes for private and high net worth clients, corporate clients and developers,” Ray White Commercial NSW managing director Jeff Moxham said.
Kirby said he was excited about joining Ray White.
“I specialise in the on and off market sale of development sites and investments, and providing strategic market advice on strata reform, strata amalgamations and terminations, and home-owner group amalgamations for the purpose of in-one-line transactions,” he said.
