NEWLAND Developers, the residential development division of the Metricon Group, has started works on Stage 1 of Altitude Aspire, a new residential land estate at Terranora, on the northern boundary of New South Wales.
Earthworks including the installation of roads, kerbs, drainage, water and sewerage connections and landscaping are estimated to be completed early 2017.
Altitude Aspire spans approximately 37 hectares and will comprise 280 allotments. The estate is only 15 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport.
Construction work will commence on the 43 home sites in Altitude Aspire Stage 1 with premium blocks of land ranging in size from 525 sqm to 800 sqm.
Newland Developers’ general manager Stuart Campbell said it is exciting to see construction commencing at Altitude Aspire.
“We have been working with consultants, council and the community for many years to carefully plan an innovative and sustainable residential estate, offering the highest standard of urban design and planning, with the environment in mind,” he said.
