SAVILLS has appointed Emma Schmutzer as project manager in Victoria.
A registered builder with a Master’s Degree in project management, Schmutzer has experience in master planning, design development, contract and construction documentation, and commissioning.
Savills’ national director project management Chris Adam said Schmutzer, who has previously worked with Monash College, DCA Design, and Flannery Shaw Architects, would work on a variety of projects with top level national firms.
“Emma’s appointment is a welcome addition to the team bringing a wealth of knowledge to our business.
“She is a driven project manager with multi-faceted experience in the construction industry across a broad range of sectors on both small and large scale projects,” Adam said.
