SAVILLS has expanded its commercial property management business in Queensland with the appointment of Scott Langford.
Langford will take the new position of QLD head of commercial management. He was most recently the head of King & Co’s property management division.
He has broad-based experience in valuation, management, leasing, refurbishment and redevelopment and has also previously worked with Peter Kurts Properties and other commercial agencies.
In his 13 years with King & Co, he was instrumental in growing the group’s commercial management portfolio to approximately 200 properties.
