CB Richard Ellis has been ranked the top brokerage firm in the United states by the National Real Estate Investor magazine.
CBRE has won this accolade for the seventh year in a row. The ranking is based on the aggregate value of sales and leasing transactions completed globally during 2009.
The firm was responsible for $US97.2 billion of global sales and leasing transactions in 2009. That total was nearly twice the transaction value of the nearest competitor.
