SAVILLS has appointed former London-based Nik Dennis to its Melbourne team as associate director office leasing.
Dennis, previously a director of residential leasing in Savills’ London office, joins the Melbourne office after 10 years in the industry including several years with Marsh & Parson.
Savills Victorian director office leasing Mark Rasmussen said the appointment was a welcome addition to the team.
“Nik brings a wealth of knowledge to our business, 10 years’ experience of providing excellent service to Savills customers and an international perspective,” Rasmussen said.
