INVESTA Office Fund has appointed Nicole Quagliata as assistant fund manager.
“Nicole has been working on IOF for three years as the senior fund analyst and brings over 10 years experience in property and funds management,” IOF fund manager Ming Long said.
“She has a deep understanding of IOF and its assets which will enable a seamless handover prior to Alex’s departure in April,” she added.
Quagliata will replace Alex Abell who was recently poached by Industria REIT to become the trust’s fund manager.
