FITZROYS has made three promotions across the agency.
Director David Bourke said the appointments reflect increasing number of strong results secured by the agents across different markets.
Mark Talbot has been appointed associate director following a decade with Fitzroys.
“Mark has developed an enviable reputation in the metropolitan markets, including continuous good work throughout Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs and some of Melbourne’s key suburban strips including Church St Brighton,” Bourke said.
James Gregson who joined Fitzroys through its graduate program 12 years ago, has also been promoted to associate director.
“A diligent agent, James has secured positive outcomes across the metropolitan and city fringe markets for his clients and has been responsible for a number of significant transactions in recent times,” Bourke said.
Finally, Michael Ryan has been made a senior associate.
“The hard work and endeavour by Michael has ensured he has consistently achieved strong results for clients across metropolitan Melbourne and through the CBD and city fringe investment and development markets,” Bourke concluded.
