ASPEN Group has announced a change in company secretary due to its impending relocation of the corporate office to Sydney.
Eric Lee has resigned as company secretary and Mandy Chiang has been appointed in the role effective immediately.
Chiang has over 18 years of international company secretarial experience including having worked at MLC and Brookfield Australia Group prior to joining Aspen Group.
