SAVILLS has strengthened its Victorian office leasing team with the appointment of Tim Sugar to the role of executive.
Sugar joins Savills after several years with a top tier commercial agency where was a portfolio manager in corporate solutions.
Savills’ divisional director, office leasing, Mark Rasmussen, said he was delighted to announce Sugar’s appointment.
“Tim‘s experience and will add to the broad skill set of Savills’ office leasing department while his strong interpersonal and communication attributes and his commitment to client satisfaction will also complement the team and go a long way to ensuring his success as a leasing executive,” Rasmussen said.
