SAVILLS has poached Helen Swanson from Colliers International in Queensland to head up it research division in Western Australia.
Swanson was previously senior research manager at Colliers.
Savills Western Australia managing director Paul Craig said she brings an impressive depth of experience in property, economic and planning analysis.
“She also has a strong track record in consultancy work within the residential and commercial property sector for leading government agencies and developers, including the Urban Land Development Authority, Devine Limited and the Commonwealth Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade just to name a few,” he added.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Economics (distinction) and a Bachelor of Education (economics and business studies).
