CB Richard Ellis has further expanded its Newcastle office by taking over the AGS Property valuation and advisory team.
Headed by veteran valuer Peter Fallon, who joined AGS in 1994, the team also includes Scott Hurley and Michelle Parish, who have a combined 14 years of valuation experience in the Hunter Region.
CBRE Newcastle managing director Angus Klem said since launching just over 12 months ago, staff numbers at the Newcastle office have almost tripled from five to 13 and the expectation is for further growth by the end of 2009 to service the company’s expanding client base.
