The office will be led by Eric Y H Ooi, chairman, Knight Frank Cambodia, with Sarkunan Subramaniam, director and Keith Ooi, country head. Two managers have also been appointed: Teh Young Khean and Sorn Seap.
Knight Frank’s senior parner Nick Thomlinson said after
“Therefore it is an opportune time for us to be opening an office to take advantage of the country’s tremendous economic and real estate growth.
“As foreign investment rushes into the country, there is already a demand for international professional real estate services especially in advisory and consultancy work. We continue with our strategy to expand our global service offering,” he concluded.
