AMP poaches QIC head

THE former head of global credit at QIC, Jeff Brunton has joined AMP Capital Investors as head of credit markets.

“Jeff will be a valuable asset as a leader in AMP Capital’s Fixed Interest team,” AMP Capital’s head of fixed interest Mark Beardow said.

“With 15 years experience as QIC’s Head of Global Credit, Jeff is a skilled credit market investor, with strong global fixed interest portfolio management experience,” he added.

Bruton will relocate to Sydney and commence in his role at AMP Capital in early 2008.
