GLOBAL pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline has selected Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield as its global real estate service providers.

GSK’s global head of real estate director Richard Evans said the company wanted to re-evaluate its real estate service providers support worldwide and felt that a two provider model working with global providers offered the best combination of coverage and collaboration and choice for our business.
JLL’s director and client relationship manager Tom Bayne-Jardine, said GSK is a long standing core account for JLL that has increasingly operated globally over the last few years.
“The move to two providers should allow us to better support the GSK team and to take the account to the next level,” he added.
GSK’s account manager Jonathan Steel the new way of collaborative working with JLL and GSK will set an industry benchmark.
